'Porridge' still makes me do ridiculous belly laughs despite the fact I've seen each of the twenty one episodes more than a dozen or so times. I think it's one of the best television programs ever made due in most part to Ronnie Barker's performance as Fletch. This clip is taken from the first episode where Flecth and Godber arrive at Slade prison as new inmates and have to do a prison medical - watch it here.
I'm torn on this portrait; the eyes are ever-so-slightly on the piss and the shading beneath his nose is a little heavy but I still like it a lot.
